Curtain Wall Glazing - 4M Facade

Curtain Wall Glazing

One of our best services include installing curtain wall to provide our customers with the required seamless facade. We use the same technique of bonding the glass on to the aluminium (or stainless steel) carrier frames which can then be fixed to build sub- frames. We also offer unsupported support frames which single-handedly supports
the glass weight. For this, a thorough project check list is put in place wherein we gather all the requirements, ahead of the commencement of the project. During this period, we also organize and chart a plan of action, communicate and put together the materials, list out contact details of the metalworkers, architects, the main contractor, the glass unit supplier and more.
We use materials like polyester powder coat, anodised aluminium and stainless steel as surfaces for the glass to bond to. Every step undergoes a meticulous factory-adhesion test. With a view to deliver a spotless work for the client, a comprehensive approach is followed by us. While all the necessary homework for the project does take a fair bit of time (stipulated time: 4 weeks), the result is positive. In fact, throughout the course period of the project, a daily material test and in-house factory adhesion test is conducted to ensure the good adhesion and
quality deliverables from our end.
